Browse reviewers before the cohort opens.

The /mentors directory lists practicing analysts who have volunteered — current role, years of experience, frameworks covered. Use it to sanity-check who's in the pool before you commit to a queue.

Step 3 — Matching

Pair-up against your flag, not buzzwords.

When the matching window opens, the platform pairs learners with reviewers whose day-to-day matches the framework and role you submitted. The match list is framework-keyed, so you don't get a SOC 2 review from a HIPAA specialist.
